I provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families at my office in Roseville. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA 27667), so I have the experience and education to provide quality counseling services.

This process helps to feel freedom in your life.  I offer group counseling every Thursday from 6-7:30pm to help people who struggle with compulsive eating and eating disorders. This is a great place to meet others with similar issues.  

I am committed to providing the community with useful information about Compulsive Eating and Eating Disorders, so I offer Free Workshops: 3 Steps to End Compulsive Eating, and Tips to use Intuitive Eating on a regular basis in my office and I am available to community groups and businesses to provide workshops on various topics.
