  A Dash of Panache is probably one of the best full-blown tea parlors in California. Their old historic downtown building is divided up into three areas of the business. In the front is a cute little cafe with very affordable sandwiches, lattes, salads, soup, and handmade ice cream desserts. The middle of the building is a elegant French-deco tea parlor that requires advanced reservations and offers multi-course meals with some excellent taste! There is also a dress up closet for the ladies. In the far back of the building, the cutest party room is decorated with pink walls, a veil from the ceiling, etc. They hold very cute, themed, little girls birthday parties back there. I think they include EVERYTHING in their party packages. The staff is top notch friendly too!
